About the project
Project in detail
The Alba by OMNIYAT is a sophisticated development on Palm Jumeirah, created for clients who expect considerably more from a property than a prestigious address. The project combines the privacy of a waterfront residence with a level of service typical of a five-star resort, offering direct access to the sea, a 250-metre private beach, extensive gardens and complete wellness and lifestyle infrastructure.
Behind the development stands OMNIYAT, and its distinctive architecture was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The buildings are surrounded by around 26,000 m² of carefully landscaped greenery by Vladimir Djurovic. Gardens, pools, shaded walkways, cabanas and intimate lounging areas create a private oasis leading towards the beach and the Arabian Gulf. This is a space in which architecture has been deliberately joined with nature, water and the landscape of Palm Jumeirah.
The residences stand out for their space, natural light and panoramic opening onto the surroundings. Extensive glazing, large terraces, private plunge pools at selected residences and views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline underline the exclusive character of the project.
One of the key elements of The Alba is a roughly 3,000 m² Wellness Centre, created around the ideas of recovery, longevity and a conscious approach to health. Residents have at their disposal a spa, a modern fitness centre, vitality pools, extensive pools, relaxation areas and spaces intended for recovery and wellness. Together they form an environment designed not only to be lived in, but also for rest and a conscious care for quality of life.
An exceptional element of the concept is also “From Soil to Soul”, an original development of the farm-to-table idea. The ingredients used in the dining offer are to be grown, harvested and prepared on site, in line with natural seasonal cycles and the principles of regenerative agriculture. The concept joins high-class culinary experiences with a philosophy of wellness and conscious eating, making dining an integral part of The Alba lifestyle.
The standard of the development is completed by 24-hour Dorchester Collection services, giving residents a level of service typical of the most prestigious hospitality properties. The scope of services covers, among others, concierge, valet, housekeeping and private dining, as well as support in arranging wellness services, travel and individual experiences.
From a buyer’s perspective, The Alba brings together elements whose supply on Palm Jumeirah remains naturally limited: a beachfront first line, 250 metres of private beach, architecture by Zaha Hadid Architects, 26,000 m² of greenery, private pools, extensive wellness and longevity facilities and the Dorchester Collection service. This combination builds not only an exceptional standard of living, but also positions the project in the highest segment of the Dubai property market.
The Alba is not just a residence on Palm Jumeirah: it is a private waterfront destination in which the architecture of Zaha Hadid Architects, the 250-metre beach, Dorchester Collection, wellness, nature and the “From Soil to Soul” philosophy create a complete ultra-premium standard of living.
